Louvensteyn offers leather accessories for iPhone cases, AirPods and AirPods Pro cases, and a range of small leather goods including cardholders and wallets. All Louvensteyn items are crafted with genuine leathers of alligator, calf, ostrich, saffiano or python leather.

YOUR LOUVENSTEYN PRODUCT
Louvensteyn guarantees the authenticity of all products sold on Louvensteyn.com. Each Labodét item is issued an Authenticity Certificate enclosed to the item. Expert artisans craft Louvensteyn products from highest-grade natural materials with extreme care and quality standards. All items are crafted with the traditional savoir-faire process.
Leather is a natural material which may change its color, get softer, and acquire a patina over time. It should be protected from humidity, overexposure to light or heat. It is not recommended to use manufactured leather care products. The best way to care for your leather accessory is to wipe it with a clean soft and microfiber cloth.
Louvensteyn items are crafted to the highest standard of quality. Should an item require repair, please contact our Customer Service at order@louvensteyn.com for detailed information.
The images of products shown at Louvensteyn.com should accurately represent the actual colors and textures. However, they may vary slightly due to two factors:
- the monitor screen settings;
- the minute differences in colors and scales of each natural leather hide.
iPhone cases by Louvensteyn are not compatible with the MagSafe Charger and other MagSafe accessories.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 15 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Returns are available within 15 days of delivery for the reason of damages only. Items with slight differences of shade between your received item and online images are not subject to a return.
If you wish to return a faulty item, please notify us at orders@louvensteyn.com. Our Customer Service will gladly assist you with the return process. The item must be returned to us within 15 days of your notification.

Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery for the reason of damages only. Items with slight differences of shade between your received item and online images cannot be exchanged.
If you wish to exchange an item, it should be sent to us as a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. Once the returned item is received and accepted, we will notify you and process the refund. You can proceed to purchase a new item.
The cost of delivering a return item is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. In case an item is accepted as faulty, the cost of delivery is covered by Louvensteyn.
Please provide a valid tracking number of the return parcel to Customer Service when sending an item back.
SHIPPING

Louvensteyn provides free international shipping with DHL for all orders placed at Louvensteyn.com.
When your order is released from production and submitted to the delivery service, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number of your order.
Please note that in some cases, Customs procedures may delay the original shipping time frame.

PAYMENT
If payment fails for some reason at checkout, you might try using another payment method. If payment issues still occur, please email us at orders@louvensteyn.com with the details of your order. Our Customer Service team will gladly assist you.
In some cases, depending on the local Customs office laws of the destination country, import duties and taxes may apply and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. The customer assumes the responsibility of any applicable fees. Additional documents may be required for some orders and can delay the delivery.
Import duties and taxes do not apply for orders shipped within France and the European Union.
